Breakfast Room
The buffet breakfast is on the Ground Floor. As soon as you open the door of your room in the morning, you will breathe in the scent of home-made biscuits and cakes. Once downstairs, you can choose from our selection of teas, coffee, fruit juices and homemade goodies.

Breakfast is served from 8.00am to 10.00am
You can choose your preferred time on your arrival at La Tosca.

Home-made goodies Gluten-Free
For our guests with food allergies we have special biscuits and cakes which are gluten-free, vegan and for those who are lactose intolerant we have biscuits with no dairy products.
Due to experience of a friend who had food allergies, I have been able to learn how to prepare new and modified foods in my kitchen and you will find, "Cantucci" biscuits which are gluten-free or my "Sachertorte" with no butter or milk products.
There are other delicacies to try, once you come down into our Breakfast room.

We choose to give priority to using local and seasonal produce, allowing our guests to have the complete experience of our polychromatic territory.
Breakfast is constantly changing with the seasons: yoghurts, goats' cheese, Apuan cured meats, organic fruit jams and home-made cakes.
